Star of the show was a beautiful Gulf-liveried Ford GT40, which stunned the world by taking four consecutive Le Mans wins from 1966 to 1969. Both the GT40 and the livery became icons and to this day invoke a haze of nostalgia with several generations of motor racing fans.
